This Privacy Policy explains how Fair View Global Shipping (“we”, “us”) handles information in the FVG Global Shipping mobile app (the “App”). The App is a client portal for existing Fair View Global Shipping customers.

Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and credentials you use to sign in, and an authentication token issued after sign-in, used to keep you logged in.
• Service data — information already associated with your account (your vehicles, shipments, bookings), which we display to you in the App.

The App does not collect your device location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and contains no third-party advertising.

How we use information

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To show your vehicles, shipments, and related information.
• To provide customer support you request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is transmitted securely to our servers to operate the service.

Data security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.

Data retention & deletion

Account data is retained for as long as your Fair View Global Shipping account is active. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at info@fvgautoshipping.com.

Children

The App is a business tool intended for our customers and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
